The City of Dubuque’s Art on the River public temporary art exhibit is located along the Riverwalk in the Port of Dubuque. In its eighth year, the 2013-2013 temporary public art exhibit drew 79 entries from 47 artists in 18 different states and one foreign country. The exhibit will be on display through June 2014. The exhibit is free and can be viewed sunrise to sunset year-round. See the video here.
